The BRC IoP (GSPP) standard is developed by the BRC (British Retail Consortium) in collaboration with the Institute of Packaging. It was created for all food contact packaging manufacturers as well as processors, distributors, and food companies producing their own packaging. The standard provides an excellent tool to ensure the hygienic-sanitary safety of food contact materials.
