Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) is a standard which is formed to monitor and approve the recycled material in the content of last product. The purpose of RCS is to ensure the reliability of the claims of recycled content in the product.It proves the presence and quantity of recycled material in final product by third party input and chain of custody validation. Standard is applicable for any kind of products containing minimum 5% recycled material.

RCS based on two types of labels one is RCS 100 can be used for 95% to 100% recycled material and if product contains 5% to 95% recycled content then RCS blended logo shall be used and there are no other restrictions on the remaining material.
