Suppliers are responsible to submit the Factory Capability and Capacity Audit (FCCA) and Supply Chain Security (SCS) audit request via Supplier Profile within Retail Link. Both FCCA and SCS audits are being required as part of the factory pre-qualification process.The Factory ID will “not” be activated / be used on Purchase Orders (PO) until the factory has passed both the FCCA and SCS audits.
